All of us at FirstService Residential Delaware have deep ties to our local communities.  As local residents ourselves, we are committed, both as a company and as individuals, to offering our services and resources to those who need our help.  As part of this effort, we support worthy organizations located in Delaware, as well as those with operations across the country.  

And when disaster strikes, we proactively deliver help and support to those in need.  We proved this in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, which caused major damage to approximately 200 properties managed by FirstService Residential New Jersey and FirstService Residential New York, our affiliated companies.  In just a few days, FirstService Residential established a $10 million emergency Hurricane Recovery Fund to help thousands of affected residents begin repairs and recovery before their insurance claims were finalized.  As a result, their families were able to begin returning to their daily lives.
