As FirstService Residential’s Kansas City President Christine Lentz, oversees the company’s community and condominium association management operations within Missouri and Kansas. She also spearheads the maintenance division and assists the company with successfully acquiring new clients within the region.
Lentz holds over 20 years of experience in community management and has gained valuable relationships with residential developers in the greater Kansas City Area. She currently serves as President of the Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL), where she has developed and grown the organization that helps disadvantage youth in Kansas City.
Jason holds his CMCA and AMS certifications from the Community Association Institute and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Emporia State University. Prior to working in property management, he has 15 years of experience in the advertising field as both a media buyer and media planner.
Shelli brought over 20 years of experience to First Service Residential with emphasis on multifamily and condominium association property management. She is a highly motivated and experienced management professional and places great emphasis on customer service. Shelli joined the First Service Residential team in November, 2020, as a Regional Director. She advises a team of property managers with their portfolios which include, townhomes, villas, single family developments, and condominium associations overseeing their day-to-day operations.
Mike Dee, CMCA, AMS
Prior to assuming his role in 2019, Mike spent 13 years managing high-end condominium associations where he specialized in strategic planning and multi-million-dollar capital improvement projects. He has a proven track record of helping organizations build consensus while tackling complex problems resulting in desirable outcomes.
Mike is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) where he holds both his CMCA® (Certified Manager Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Management Specialist) designations and was recognized as the 2015 Manager of the Year in Kansas City. He is a member on the CAI Heartland Chapter Board of Directors where he currently serves as the treasurer. He spent several years serving on the CAI Missouri Legislative Action Committee (MOLAC), which advocates on a state level by identifying community associations issues, monitoring pending legislation, and setting legislative priorities. Mike is truly passionate about helping shape the property management industry by bringing best practices and valuable insight.
Mike graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and spent 8 years as a psychosocial therapist working with children and adults with disabilities.
In Mike’s free time, he enjoys gardening and working in his wood shop. But he especially enjoys spending time with family, to include his two grown children and one grandchild.
