MarWest Commercial is grateful for the various vendors that have partnered in servicing our commercial association clients over the years. Vendors who go above and beyond for our clients often  have the opportunity to become trusted resources for various commercial clients.  To protect our valued clients, we partner with Vendor Information Verification Experts (VIVE) to screen vendors and reduce liability on behalf of our managed associations.

VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the commercial and residential management industry. To continue a relationship with MarWest Commercial, vendors are required to register. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking approximately 15 minutes and comes with an industry-standard annual fee paid to VIVE.
