Users can access FirstService Residential ConnectTM on their computers, smartphones or tablets, and a secure connection ensures privacy and exclusivity to authorized community users.
When it’s necessary to send out notifications, such as meetings, weather alerts or service shutdowns, as well as alerts requiring immediate action, such as threats or emergency situations, your community manager can immediately contact residents via phone or email. In addition, emails can also include attachments to save postage costs.
FirstService Residential ConnectTM also includes a community website, where community association managers and Board Members can post community news, Board meeting minutes and other relevant information. Residents can use the website to pay their association fees, manage account balances, enter maintenance requests and review and download association documents.
Users can access many of FirstService Residential Connect's features on their iPhones through the ConnectMobile mobile application. The app enables property managers to instantly create work orders and violations during community tours, and also allows property managers and Board Members to review work order status, track inspections, review data and much more.
