It starts with our Building Manager, R.M. He's been with the building since Day 1 and takes a lot of pride in how the building is run. He is quick to respond to resident concerns and takes full responsibility for the daily management of the building. As a current Board member, I have complete faith in our current management team. In my experience, FirstService as a whole has been great to work with.

Our condo association was faced with a complete building renovation which required a special assessment for financing, major structural and scheduled repairs, and a by-laws rewrite to be current with the 2018 Illinois Condominium Act. The average (and below-average) association management companies aren't equipped to provide financing assistance, project management, manpower, and technology to handle such task.
