CHICAGO, IL (August 9, 2018): FirstService Residential, Illinois's leading property management company, is hosting a free educational seminar for condominium, cooperative and homeowner association board members on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 303 East Wacker Drive in Chicago. The seminar will be focused on “Budgets and Capital Improvement Project Planning” for homeowner associations and condominium communities.   

Guest speaker, Margaret Pinkous, senior architectural consultant at Waldman Engineering Consultants, will be joined by FirstService Residential experts Brian Butler, vice president of property management, and David Jandak, vice president of finance. The presentation and discussion will provide guidance to board members on how to effectively plan their 2019 budgets including proactively budgeting for capital improvement projects.
