FirstService Residential, a leading property management company in Illinois, was selected managing agent for Kinzie Station Condominium Association, also known as Kinzie Station Tower. The high-rise community is located in the Fulton River District and has 186 units. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities effective October 1, 2014.
