FirstService Residential Illinois now offers online payments, using a credit card, debit card or electronic check for the following transactions:

Monthly Assessment

A convenience fee will be added to the assessment amount for processing this transaction. If your condo association is part of a larger HOA, then a separate transaction is required for the HOA assessment payment. This online payment service differs from our free program offered below to set up automatic ACH monthly withdrawals from your checking or savings account.

Your payment should be made out to your community association's legal name. Also, be sure to include your coupon statement or your 12-digit assessment account number on the check.
