FirstService Residential, Georgia and Tennessee’s premiere residential property management company, held its recognition awards ceremony at The Buckhead Club in Atlanta on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.

The yearly initiative serves to spotlight property management and regional office staff that exemplify company values and who have gone above and beyond to improve the condominium association communities they manage or represent.  Awards were presented to associates who best demonstrate the FirstService values to include Aim High, Be Genuinely Helpful, Build Great Relationships, Do What’s Right, Improve It and Own It.

A special award was presented to Mike Espriella, Senior Vice President of Operations for FirstService Residential to commemorate his 31 years of service to the organization. In all, 20 associates received an award.
