The FirstService Residential 2015 South Florida Conference & Exposition Attracts Thousands of Attendees
FirstService Residential hosted its 2015 South Florida Conference & Exposition on Monday, March 9th at the Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, FL.
As the largest educational forum of its kind in the state, the conference is geared towards addressing the needs of community association board members and community association managers (CAMs) and staff across South Florida by providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to deal with day-to-day operations and long-term planning for condominium and homeowner associations.
Educational seminars were held throughout the day, fulfilling state requirements for association board member certification and providing CAMs with continuing education credits. Attendees also had the opportunity to exchange community association best practices and establish core business relationships with subject-matter experts on a variety of courses ranging from Maintenance, Financial Issues, Service Animals, and Electric Vehicles – an up-and-coming topic of interest among community associations board members and residents.
