FirstService Residential To Present Free Board Member Certification Course in Holly Hill
FirstService Residential will host a free Condominium and HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations on Thursday, February 19, 2015. The event will take place at the Marina Grande on the Halifax Towers, located at 231 Riverside Drive in Holly Hill, FL 32117. Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m. Special guest Scott Newsome of the law firm Hurley Rogner will be featured.
This course is open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
