FirstService Residential will host a free Condominium and HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. The event will take place at the Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore, located at 5303 West Kennedy Boulevard in Tampa, FL 33609. Registration and a vendor expo will begin at 5:30 p.m. to be followed directly by the event. Special guests will include Jane Bolin, Esquire, of the law firm Peyton Bolin and Travis Moore, Esquire will provide a live legislative update from Tallahassee.     
This course is open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
