FirstService Residential To Present Free Board Member Certification Course in St. Petersburg
FirstService Residential will host a free Condominium and HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. The event will take place at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, located at 333 1st Street South in St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Registration and a vendor expo will begin at 5:30 p.m. to be followed directly by the event. Special guests will include Steven Mezer, Esquire, of the law firm Bush Ross and Travis Moore, Esquire, will provide a live legislative update from Tallahassee.
This course is open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
