FirstService Residential To Present Free Board Member Certification Courses in Seminole County
FirstService Residential will host free Condominium and HOA board certification courses designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations in Seminole County.
On Wednesday, February 11, 2015, an event will take place at the Tuscawilla Country Club, located at 1500 Winter Springs Boulevard in Winter Springs, FL 32708. Hors D’oeuvres will be served and a vendor expo will take place at 5:30 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m.
An second event will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Heathrow Golf & Country Club, located at 1200 Bridgewater Drive in Heathrow, FL 32746. Hors D’oeuvres will be served and a vendor expo will take place at 5:30 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m.
Both courses will feature special guest Scott Newsome of the law firm Hurley Rogner and are open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
