FirstService Residential Selected to Provide Lifestyle Management Services for Community Development District in St. Johns County
Jacksonville, Fla. (December 13, 2018) – FirstService Residential, North America’s premier property management company, has been selected to provide lifestyle management services for Marshall Creek Community Development District (MCCDD).
The Marshal Creek CDD oversees the infrastructure and operations for the Palencia community, which is home to more than 1,600 residences. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway in St. Augustine, Palencia is one of the largest master-planned communities in Northeast Florida.
FirstService Residential will manage the amenities and lifestyle programs for the 1,450-acre community.
