Leading property management company FirstService Residential recently held a recognition awards ceremony for staff in its active adult division at the Westchester Country Club in Boynton Beach, FL.

The yearly initiative serves to laud property management staff that exemplify company values and have taken extra measures to improve the homeowners association communities they manage or serve in categories as wide ranging as Overcoming Adversity, Going Green, Safety, Project Completion, Financial Innovation, Aim High, Building Great Relationships, Communications and Teamwork, among others.

Top honors were presented to Yuri Santos, who received an Up and Comer award, Jami Owens who received the Newcomer of the Year award, Daniel Davern who received the Maintenance Supervisor of the Year award and Amilcar Hernandez, who received the coveted Manger of the Year award. In all, 19 associates received an award.
