FirstService Residential Presents an HOA/Condominium Board Certification Course in Sarasota

FirstService Residential is hosting a free HOA/condominium board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota, located at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts in Sarasota, FL 34236. Hors D’oeuvres will be served and a vendor expo will take place at 5:30 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m. Mitchell Krauss, Value Engineering Manager for FirstService Residential will moderate and Jason A. Martell, Attorney at Law for the firm of Larsen & Associates, PL will serve as a panelist.
This course is open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
