FirstService Residential Presents an HOA/Condominium Board Certification Course in Kissimmee
FirstService Residential is hosting a free HOA/condominium board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium and homeowners’ association operations on Thursday, April 3, 2014. The event will take place at the Association of Poinciana Villages Community Center, located at 395 Marigold Avenue in Kissimmee, FL 34759. Hors D’oeuvres will be served and a vendor expo will take place at 5:30 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m. Fernando Dominguez, Senior Vice President of FirstService Residential will moderate and Scott Newsome, Esquire of the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff will be a featured panelist.
This course is open to any area board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for board members to fulfill within 90 days of taking office.
