FirstService Residential is hosting a free HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day homeowner association operations on Wednesday, February 12, 2014.  The event will take place at the Best Western Plus, located at 8560 SW 124 Ave. in Miami, Fl.  Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m.  Gary Pyott, President of HOA/Gardenstyle for FirstService Residential will moderate and Marisol Rodriguez of the law firm of Mirza Basulto & Robbins, LLP will be featured.

This course is open to any area HOA board member who wishes to attend.  Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed HOA board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for HOA board members.
