Leading Florida property management company FirstService Residential is hosting a free Legislative Update seminar designed to inform community association board and committee members about potential July 1, 2014 policy changes mandated by the Florida Legislature. The event will take place on Thursday, June 26 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Universal, located at 7800 N. Universal Boulevard, Orlando FL 32819. Complimentary parking will be available.

Hors d’oeuvres and a vendor expo will take place at 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by a presentation by subject-matter experts at 6:30 p.m.  Topical information about the latest policy changes, court rulings and administrative decisions impacting the operations of condominium and homeowner’ associations will be addressed.
