Leading Florida property management company FirstService Residential is hosting a free Legislative Update seminar designed to inform community association board and committee members about upcoming policy changes mandated by the Florida Legislature. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 18 at the Naples Hilton, located at 5111 Tamiami Trail N, Naples FL 34103.
Hors D’oeuvres and a vendor expo will take place at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by a presentation by subject-matter experts at 4:30 p.m. Topical information about the latest policy changes, court rulings and administrative decisions impacting the operations of condominium and homeowner’ associations will be addressed.
