Boca Raton, Fla. (January 17, 2018) – FirstService Residential, North America’s premier property management company, has partnered with The Oaks at Boca Raton and Touch A Heart Foundation to host A Day of Healthy Hearts and Helping Others –  a spa day charity fundraiser. The event will be held Monday, January 29, 2018 at The Oaks at Boca Raton.  

Now in its 14th year, the event brings in local wellness and spa professionals to provide a day of relaxation to the residents of The Oaks at Boca Raton, their guests and anyone in the tri-county area. For a $100 donation (proceeds to benefit disadvantaged children and families in South Florida communities), attendees can enjoy a variety of mini spa treatments while raising money for a worthy cause. In addition to the spa services, A Day of Healthy Hearts and Helping Others will also offer fitness classes, food and fashion from local vendors, a silent auction and a preview of The Oaks’ newly renovated clubhouse.

Last year’s event raised more than $35,000 that helped fund long-standing programs such as the Backpack and School Supplies Drive, Empower the Girls self-defense classes for at-risk teenagers, holiday “Adopt a Family” program, and The Joy of Giving shopping boutique – an opportunity for low-income children to give holiday gifts to their own families.
