Pensacola, Fla. (January 18, 2018) - FirstService Residential, North America’s premier property management company, is teaming up with One Blood and Shrimp Basket restaurant to host a community blood drive.

The event will take place Friday, January 26th, outside the FirstService Residential office at 14620 Perdido Key, Pensacola 32507. The drive will begin at 10:00 am and run until 3:00 pm. This is an opportunity for the community to come together, have fun and save lives.

All blood donors will receive a free custom T-shirt, a coupon from Shrimp Basket restaurant for a free order of their famous fried pickles. Walk-ups are welcome or you can make an appointment online at www.oneblooddonor.org using sponsor code #38540. Photo ID is required at time of donation.

38 percent of the population can donate blood. Of that, less than 10 percent actually do. If every donor gave just one more time each year, there would be no more blood shortages.
