FirstService Residential Holds Annual Associate Recognition Awards
FirstService Residential, Florida’s leading property management company, held a recognition awards ceremony at the Horizons West Condominium Association in Miami, FL.
The yearly initiative serves to spotlight property management staff that exemplify company values and have gone above and beyond to improve the homeowners association communities they manage or serve in categories as wide ranging as Overcoming Adversity, Going Green, Safety, Project Completion, Financial Innovation, Aim High, Building
Great Relationships, Communications and Teamwork, among others.
Top honors were presented to Yuslaidy Gil, who received an Up and Comer award, Janine Ferreiro who received the Newcomer of the Year award, Damian Padilla who received the Maintenance Supervisor of the Year award and Doris Prado, who received the coveted Manger of the Year award. In all, 16 associates received an award.
