FirstService Residential Awarded Management Contracts for The Jackson Condominium and DiMucci Towers
FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in Florida, has been selected to provide community association management services for two communities in Central Florida: The Jackson Condominium Association in Winter Park and DiMucci Twin Towers North and South Condominium Association in Daytona Beach Shores.
Located in the Thornton Park area of Orlando, The Jackson Condominium is a nine-story urban community with units offering open-space concepts and the convenience of downtown living. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a sun deck and wet bar.
DiMucci Towers’ 136 units offer unobstructed oceanfront and intracoastal views. Each of the towers house four units per floor, including outdoor corridors that provide owners with access to the towers’ oceanfront clubrooms, gyms and pools.
