FirstService Residential Awarded Management Contract for Downtown Sarasota Luxury Mixed-Use Condo The Jewel on Main Street
FirstService Residential has been selected to provide management services to Gulf Coast developer Thomas James Mannausa on his latest project, The Jewel. Scheduled for completion this summer, the mixed-use high-rise is Mannausa’s 51st completed project and is located directly across from the bay on Main Street at Gulf Stream Avenue. The Jewel’s residential and commercial condominium units are completely sold out.
