FirstService Residential Awarded Consulting Contract for Luxury Mixed-Use Condo/Hotel ONE St. Petersburg
FirstService Residential has been selected to provide consulting services to South Florida developer Kolter Group on its latest project, ONE St. Petersburg. The community is slated to offer 253 condos—scheduled for completion in 2018—and will include a 13-story hotel managed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation set to open in late 2017. Upon completion, the 41-story condominium tower will be the tallest building in downtown St. Petersburg, Fla.
