Management Team

John D. Foley is an integral part of the FirstService Project Management team. As Executive Vice President, John is responsible for leading complex, multimillion-dollar projects. He is recognized for his hands-on approach and vast experience managing multi-phase construction projects in both residential and commercial properties.

Before joining FirstService Project Management in 2002, John oversaw major design projects for A.I.G., Paine Webber, Givaudan, and TIAA-CREF, among other multinational commercial clients. 

John graduated with merit from the Cork Institute of Technology in Cork City, Ireland, with a diploma in architecture. He received the school’s annual Award for Outstanding Portfolio.
 

Sudeep Paudel serves as a Senior Director for FirstService Project Management. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of capital improvement projects, including bid analysis and contract negotiation, developing and implementing schedules, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with boards and building owners throughout the project.

Before joining FirstService Project Management in 2016, Sudeep played an integral role in major renovation projects, including a transformative $200 million renovation of the New York University Center for Urban Science and Progress, a 500,000-square-foot innovation hub. As a team leader, Sudeep regularly trains new project managers.

Sudeep holds an M.S. in construction management and a B.S. in civil engineering from New York University. He is also OSHA certified and proficient in construction management software, including AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Primavera P6.

Ashana Nagi is a Project Manager at FirstService Project Management. She is responsible for overseeing multifamily capital improvement projects and leading dedicated project teams to control costs and implement schedules that exceed the expectations of building owners and board members. As a project manager, she specializes in facade work, restoration, renovation, roofing, and rehabilitation.

Before joining FirstService Project Management in 2021, Ashana’s experience in ground-up construction and building remediation projects in the wake of Hurricane Sandy equipped her with unique insights into the challenges of urban construction and restoration.

Ashana holds an M.S. in construction management and a B.E. in civil engineering from New York University.
 

Andi Metaliaj is a Project Manager at FirstService Project Management. He is responsible for managing capital improvement projects from conception through completion, vetting contractors and vendors, negotiating with suppliers to lower costs, preparing budget and schedule reports for stakeholders, and supervising operations.

Andi’s experience gives him a unique insight into supervising building upgrades and restoration, minimizing disruptions to residents, managing vendor relationships, preparing and monitoring capital budgets, and exceeding the expectations of board members and building owners.

Andi joined FirstService Project Management in 2017 after spending more than ten years in project and property management for luxury buildings. He holds a B.S. in business management and finance from Brooklyn College.

Isaac Orkin is a Project Manager at FirstService Project Management. He is responsible for assisting the Punchlist Services team at new residential developments to maintain exceptional quality standards, as well as assisting in managing buyer walkthroughs and move-ins.

Isaac is fluent in Japanese and holds a B.A. in business with a minor in Japanese from the University of Colorado.
