Education counts at FirstService Residential New Jersey, and we are committed to advancing the knowledge, skills and professionalism of our property managers, support teams and community Board members – one of the best ways we know to ensure they perform their duties to the very best of their abilities.
Our educational programs are led by our Director of Education, who is experienced in adult education and training, as well as in community association management, to create an engaging, effective and rewarding experience for our associates.
Highly Trained Professionals Deliver Stellar Client Service
We recruit only quality professionals with outstanding integrity and customer service skills to join the FirstService Residential New Jersey team – and once hired, we provide them with state-of-the-art training and education to enhance their professional development. This win-win approach continues to develop leaders who consistently exceed client expectations and deliver the highest levels of service at every opportunity.
To further advance and hone the knowledge and skills of our community managers, we developed PM 101, a focused 35-course training course. This proprietary, well-rounded Manager Development Program provides targeted education in all aspects of community association management through a specialized curriculum comprised of four key components – Physical, Fiscal, Governance and Communication. You can be sure that this program provides the most up-to-date knowledge available in the industry – exactly what your community manager needs to lead and deliver outstanding service to your community.
In addition, we appreciate and respect the personal time your Board members have committed to performing their association responsibilities, so we support them with training opportunities in a variety of financial, legal and management and legislative topics to help them effectively fulfill their roles.
