Lyndhurst, NJ, October 9, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in the MidAtlantic region, announces James McCann has been promoted to Regional Director, Condominium & Homeowner Association Division. He will report to Executive Director David Hardy providing leadership and operational oversight to FirstService Residential associates and condominium & homeowner association communities in New Jersey.

MCann has been with FirstService Residential for three years serving as a Property Portfolio Manager where he was accountable for the management and oversight of multiple community associations. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, he developed his operations and project management skills, as well as staff training and mentoring skills in various capacities with Home Energy Matters, Inc. and Century 21 Real Estate LLC. McCann has earned Six Sigma White Belt and Green Belt Certifications, is a Licensed NJ State Real Estate Sales Associate, and has various Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certifications.
