FirstService Residential Promotes Jim Felekos to Regional Director, New Jersey Gold Coast High Rise Operations
FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in New Jersey, announces Jim Felekos has been promoted to Regional Director, High Rise Division. In this role, his focus will be to provide leadership and operational oversight to FirstService Residential associates and high rise communities in the Gold Coast region of New Jersey.
In addition to his community management experience, Jim has 12 years of entrepreneurial experience in customer service focused enterprises. He also brings extensive project management experience through his past involvement in developing affordable housing. He holds an MBA in business management along with his undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
