FirstService Residential Takes Home Several CAI-NJ Awards
New Brunswick, NJ (February 20, 2025) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company, received several awards from Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) New Jersey chapter last night at their annual awards ceremony.
Szelewicki, portfolio manager, has been in the industry for 25 years, working for FirstService Residential, serving numerous communities throughout New Jersey. She exemplifies all the traits of a great manager, including passion, empathy, and dedication.
O’Reilly, director of property operations, joined FirstService Residential in 2014. She has held many roles within the company including community manager and regional manager where her responsibilities included supporting high-rise communities by providing leadership and support to managers and boards, managing large capital projects, creating annual operating budgets, and training and developing the team.
Under the leadership of Stephanie Harmon, general manager, FirstService Residential has proudly partnered to manage Regency at Monroe for 18 years.
