FirstService Residential Announces Jessica Dziegrenuk, CMCA® as Executive Director, NJ COA/HOA
Eatontown, NJ, May 27, 2015 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in New Jersey announces Jessica Dziegrenuk as Executive Director, New Jersey Condo and Homeowners Association Division. In this role, Dziegrenuk is providing leadership and operational oversight to New Jersey COA/HOA clients and associates. This position was previously held by Cheri Bungard, who has accepted a newly-formed business development position within FirstService Residential.
Dziegrenuk first joined FirstService Residential in 2012 as a Community Manager. In this role, she trained and mentored new employees while improving her accounts’ customer satisfaction rating by over 68%. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Dziegrenuk was a Selling Sales Manager for Pulte Homes where she planned and led training programs, and implemented and monitored programs to maximize customer satisfaction. Dziegrenuk is an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) designation.
