FirstService Residential Announces Frank Fittipoldi as Director of Project Services, High Rise Division
Lyndhurst, NJ, October 6, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in New Jersey announces Frank Fittipoldi as Director of Project Services for the High Rise Division of FirstService Residential. In this role, Fittipoldi is providing value added services to help management teams deliver premium services to our clients. He directs planning and execution of capital projects and service programs across all MidAtlantic Region accounts.
Fittipoldi brings wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the construction, maintenance, and operation of critical facilities. He joined the FirstService Residential team in 2014 with over 25 years’ experience in high rise property management and support services. Previously, Fittipoldi managed a multisite portfolio of more than 1 million sq. ft. of properties at which he gained extensive knowledge in large scale project management, contract negotiation, and construction defect litigation. Fittipoldi is a member of BOMA, NFPA, the New Jersey Apartment Association, and Community Association Institute, where he holds a CMCA® designation.
