FirstService Residential Announces Andrew Batshaw as Executive Director, High Rise Division
FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in New Jersey announces Andrew Batshaw as Executive Director, New Jersey High Rise Division. In this role, Batshaw is providing leadership and operational oversight to New Jersey high rise clients and associates.
Batshaw first joined FirstService Residential in 2013 as a Community Manager, managing a 300+ unit High Rise building in Northern New Jersey that is listed on the National Register of Historic places by the Department of the Interior. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Batshaw spent 13 years working with a private residential developer and served as the VP of Community Development. He has also developed and implemented construction risk management programs and performed risk management inspections with a focus on local and State standards as well as International Building Code compliance. Batshaw is a member of the board of directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He holds the Accredited Management Specialist (AMS®) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) designations through CAI.
