Step One | The initial walkthroughWe begin with an initial walkthrough, where our team closely inspects the property to identify any deficiencies and outstanding construction items.
Step Two | Comprehensive reports
We compile and share a full punchlist report detailing specific repairs and areas of concern.
Step Three | Continuous punchlist oversight
We coordinate with contractors, perform multiple site visits, and provide ongoing tracking and updates to ensure work remains within scope, up to code, correct, and on schedule.
Step Four | Final Inspection
A final site inspection will determine if all outstanding items from the initial walkthrough have been completed and that the property is ready for acquisition or move-in. A letter of completion is delivered once confirmed.
How we manage your contractors.
A true partner in construction does more than watch and email your contractors. We request weekly updates from contractors on Fridays and inspect, approve, or reject completed items on Mondays.
