Resident Alert - Mass Communication Tool

When it’s necessary to send out notifications, such as meetings, weather alerts or service shutdowns, as well as alerts requiring immediate action, such as threats or emergency situations, your community manager can use FirstService Residential Connect™ to instantly contact the entire community or selected residents via email or phone.  Emails can also include attachments to save postage costs.

Interactive Community Website

FirstService Residential Connect™ can produce a professional community website, enabling residents to pay association fees, manage their account balances and review and download association documents.  Community managers and Board members can also use the site to post Board meeting minutes, news and other relevant information.  

ConnectMobile (Violation/Work Order/Architectural/Inspections)

Many FirstService Residential Connect™ features are available in an iPhone application called ConnectMobile.  This useful app enables property managers to instantly create work orders and violations during community tours.  It also allows property managers and Board members to view the status of work orders, track inspections, review data and more from their phones.
