Brian Pinkham Elevated to Lead FirstService Residential In South and North Carolina
Charlotte, NC (June 22, 2023) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company in the Carolinas, announced the promotion of Brian Pinkham to senior vice president, now overseeing both North and South Carolina. An accomplished executive with an extensive background in hospitality, Pinkham will oversee the company’s portfolio of managed communities throughout key markets, including Raleigh, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Hilton Head.

Previously, Pinkham was senior vice president overseeing the company’s portfolio of managed communities in South Carolina. In his new role, Pinkham will work closely with the leadership teams to provide a dynamic culture for its associates and superior service for its clients. He will continue to report to Dennis Abbott, president, Carolinas.
Pinkham has over 21 years of resort, hotel, and hospitality experience. Before joining FirstService Residential, he led the executive teams at Captain’s Quarters Hotel Blue in Myrtle Beach, where he spearheaded strategic, financial, and operational responsibility of the resorts and the executive teams. He shares a common vision for results, cost reduction, growth, and driving an optimal experience for our associates, board members, and residents.
