Hughes will provide leadership and executive oversight to associates and communities throughout Massachusetts.

Hughes has several years of experience working in and around the property management field, telecommunications, and as a leadership consultant. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Hughes was a regional director for Terminix International where he was responsible for managing 17 business units within a ten state area. He adopts a people-centric management style that seeks to uplift and equip all those he works with.
