The portfolio manager roles are based out of our Canton, Massachusetts office, however are most often in the field touring properties.
Our portfolio managers will provide strong leadership and management direction on behalf of the board of directors and First Service Residential. This position’s key responsibility is to oversee the entire operation of their designated property and consistently adhere to and execute the mission and vision of the board and community. The property manager position has oversight of all aspects related to the business and operations of the community. Managers have the sole duty of the day-to-day operations, legal compliance and overall oversight of the association and staff.

This skilled professional will possess knowledge of community association management and provide high-level support and management for the community, while working closely with the board of directors to address and react to the community's needs.
Our team includes a central support staff that assists in various areas such as resale, compliance, accounts receivable and maintenance inquiries. Our Customer Care Center is available 24/7 to assist residents.
