Chris Wood
Vice President, Business Development, West Region
Chris Wood serves as the west region vice president of business development for FirstService Residential. He brings a broad knowledge base with over 14 years of business development and client retention experience to the team.
Wood began his professional career in the mortgage banking industry as one of the top producing account executives in the western United States. As the local and national economies declined, he made a career change and joined the community association industry. Wood served as an assistant community manager at a large-scale active-adult community prior to joining Red Rock Financial Services, a community association collection company as a regional sales manager.
Just before joining the FirstService Residential team, Wood served as the vice president of business development for a national real estate investment firm that specializes in partnering with community associations to provide solutions for distressed properties.

Corbin Seti
Senior Vice President, Community & Lifestyle Services
Corbin Seti serves as the senior vice president of community and lifestyle services for FirstService Residential in Nevada and Utah. Seti joined FirstService Residential in 2006 with more than 20 years industry experience. As the senior vice president, he oversees all association operations and a staff of community managers.
Originally from New York, Seti served in the United States Marine Corps where he was honorably discharged in 1997. From there he began a career in property management, at first focusing on high-rise security and operations, and later concentrating on building operations and start up. He joined FirstService Residential as the director of operations for the high-rise division in 2006 where his vast experience and knowledge of high-rise management was invaluable.
Seti is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has obtained many industry certifications and designations. These include Supervising Community Manager License, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and LEED Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Council. He also has his Net Promoter Certified Associate certificate covering customer experience management.
Residing in Las Vegas with his wife, they have one daughter and a grandson.

Ray Colon
Business Development Director
Ray Colon serves as the Business Development Director for FirstService Residential. In this role, he works directly with prospective communities and board members, guiding them through the RFP and management transition process. He also partners with board members to help identify ways to meet their association’s needs.
With more than 20 years of relationship-building sales experience, Ray has a strong background in client retention and support. Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2017, he spent 10 years in the vacation ownership industry. Ray also worked in business development for the staffing industry with a boutique recruitment firm that specialized in providing full-time and contract employment for Information Technology professionals.
Ray was born and raised in New York City, but he has called Las Vegas home for the last 15 years. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys attending live sporting events.

Staci McIntosh
Director, Human Resources
Staci McIntosh serves as the Director of Human Resources for FirstService Residential. In her role, Staci helps equip associates for success, by providing them with resources to expand their leadership skills and career opportunities. Her passion is to give all individuals the chance to achieve their dreams, regardless of background or life experience.
McIntosh has nearly 20 years of experience as a human resources executive in both public and private sectors. She has worked for organizations ranging from 4,500 to 82,000 employees, and she has interviewed or coached more than 1,000 individuals. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at NYNY.
Previously, McIntosh held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for the Clark County School District. Prior to that, she worked as a director, executive director and assistant superintendent for Spokane Public Schools in Washington State. In 2007, McIntosh earned her Education Doctorate in Leadership from Washington State University. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education.
In her free time, McIntosh enjoys spending time with her husband Jim and their dog Jake. She is also an accomplished author of several books on career advancement and financial success strategies.

Steven Parker
President, Utah
Steven Parker serves as president of FirstService Residential in Nevada and Utah. Parker joined FirstService Residential in 2008. He is responsible for creating, communicating and implementing the company’s vision in the West Region.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, he was the president of Red Rock Financial Services, a Las Vegas-based collections agency specializing in serving the unique needs of homeowners associations (HOAs). Parker also served as chief operating officer for Silver State Mortgage, where he managed operations for the $4.5 billion national mortgage bank.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Parker has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America for many years and is an Eagle Scout.

Thomas Reed
Vice President, Client Accounting
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Tom Reed was the associate director and global process owner for a $4.2 billion consumer products company within Global Financial Shared Services. His role was responsible for general accounting areas including all aspects of the ME Close cycle, associated SOX Controls, and general accounting functions including Capital, Treasury, Master Data, Intercompany and Sales/Use Tax/Property Tax. Additionally, this role coordinated process improvements, metrics and SAP ERP enhancements across 53 global markets and 350 finance professionals, with ownership of a team of 35 outsourced off-shore accounting team members.
In addition to responsibility areas above, while working for a major retailer, Reed also led accounts payable functions for $10 billion in annual volume for 1100-units and 4,000 vendors. The scope of Reed’s responsibilities also included real estate and supply chain accounting teams. This role participated in transitioning the function to a Shared Services Center through development of Service Level Agreements and budgeting.
Reed began his career within Internal Audit, progressing to the role of audit manager, before transitioning to the Shared Services environment.
Reed is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.
