FirstService Residential Texas is excited to introduce our Board Members to BoardAdvantage, a comprehensive e-Learning platform specially designed to support the growth, effectiveness and success of each Board Member serving as valued leaders in their communities.
One of the unique and exciting features of BoardAdvantage is Board Member Basics, a custom curriculum that offers an overview of key Board roles, activities and responsibilities – a helpful resource for both new and current Board Members.
BoardAdvantage also includes Basic Financials, a tailored financial course, as well as FirstService Residential – Our Brand, our compelling Brand Anthem Video. The platform will also offer a total of ten courses from our SkillPort library, with three new classes to be released each quarter. The first set of three courses include:
- Overcoming the Barriers to Decisiveness
- Decision Making – The Fundamentals
- Time Management: Avoiding Time Stealers
