FirstService Residential Communities Recognized for Outstanding Projects and Service
FirstService Residential, the leading property and homeowners association (HOA) management company in Texas, is proud to announce that several communities the company manages in the City of Fort Worth were recently recognized for outstanding projects and service in the annual Fort Worth Neighborhood Awards.
The Fort Worth Neighborhood Awards honor grass-roots groups and individuals who engage residents and build stronger communities. Both mandatory and voluntary community organizations submit projects that promote efforts to revitalize, socialize, collaborate, get healthy and communicate with neighbors. This year all but one of the finalists for the HOA mandatory category were FirstService Residential managed neighborhoods. We are proud to share these winners:
Fort Worth Pride Award -- Harvest Ridge HOA. Awarded to an organization that improves the physical aspects of the neighborhood. The Harvest Ridge HOA lead efforts last spring to clean-up their community, as well as surrounding area neighborhoods impacted by a tornado that swept through Fort Worth.
Mayor's Civic Engagement and Community Collaboration Award -- Tehama Ridge HOA. Recognized for their bed building event where the community built 18 beds for those in need across Fort Worth.
Mayor's Health and Wellness Award -- Crawford Farms HOA. Awarded for their various initiatives including senior water aerobics, running club and their costume 5k fun run.
Neighborhood Newsletter Award -- Crawford Farms HOA, Marine Creek Association, Heritage HOA and Tehama Ridge HOA. Awarded for outstanding newsletter content and appearance.
