We continually seek professional vendors to fulfill a variety of contract maintenance services including landscaping, pool care, exterior maintenance, and other needs of residential associations. To be considered for listing in our directory, we invite you to apply to become an approved vendor.
Becoming an Approved Vendor
To be included in our approved vendor directory, your business must be prequalified to meet FirstService Residential's standard of quality and service. This includes verification that your business holds the appropriate licenses and levels of insurance to do work in an association or residence. Your application will be evaluated based on our requirements, expectations and procedures.
New vendors are required to fill out a vendor packet. The packet provides instructions to submit copies of certification of licenses, W9 forms, insurance as well as a questionnaire. Vendors are required to provide answers that are true, correct and current.
FirstService Residential's expectation is that you will perform services for associations and homeowners with honesty, respect and excellence in your area of expertise.
Submit up-to-date information and documentation required in the vendor packet. After submission and approval, vendors must agree to notify FirstService Residential immediately, in writing, of any change affecting any item on the form or any occurrence or condition that may affect an association's decision to engage or to continue to work with their firm. Examples include but are not limited to: changes in insurance coverage and licenses.
