Our company was established in 2002 as Community One Associates, an Atlanta-based real estate management company specializing in community association management. Over the years, we have expanded our scope to Tennessee, becoming one of the state’s leading full-service residential property management organizations. Today, we provide residential and commercial association management services to over 100 communities including low-, mid- and high-rise condominium associations, townhome communities and homeowner associations.
Our full-service management solution includes a broad range of community association and commercial property management services, including physical, administrative, accounting and financial services, developer consulting and real estate leasing and brokerage services to communities in Tennessee and Georgia.
In 2009 , Community One Associates became part of FirstService Residential, the largest property resident management organization in North America, along with other leading management companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. This was an important milestone in our company’s history, providing us with the ability to participate in many differentiating programs and services that deliver significant added value to our clients.
In June 2013, we experienced another important milestone when our parent company unified all of its management companies under the FirstService Residential brand. At that time, Community One was renamed FirstService Residential Tennessee, the name we hold today. In addition to enhancing the visibility of our affiliation with FirstService Residential, this rebranding benefits our clients by facilitating our ability to leverage our organization’s shared resources, best practices and collective buying power.
