37th CNYC Housing Conference Provides Board Members With Unique Educational Opportunity
The Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums (CNYC) is hosting its 37th annual Housing Conference & Expo on Sunday, November 12, 2017. Many FirstService Residential board members have found this to be a worthwhile educational event.
The full-day conference features 66 courses led by industry professionals and designed to help board members better understand the business of managing their building.
Dan Wurtzel, president, FirstService Residential, will be teaching a course covering best practices for “Onboarding New Board Members.” FirstService Residential also will be exhibiting at the event. We invite you to visit our booth.
The event will be held at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, 411 East 76th Street from 8:00am – 3:30pm.
