FirstService Residential Announces Marc Greenberg as Executive Director, New Jersey High Rise Division
Lyndhurst, NJ, May, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in New Jersey, announces Marc Greenberg as Executive Director, New Jersey High Rise Division. In this role, Greenberg is providing leadership and operational oversight to New Jersey high rise clients and associates.
Greenberg brings 18 years of experience in property management dating back to 1996 as the Founder and Senior Vice President of The Pellogreen Group, Inc. where he managed a portfolio of properties throughout Bergen County, New Jersey. After six years Marc founded Regal Property Management, a boutique style, white glove property management company that offered services to luxury low, mid and high rise properties throughout northern New Jersey.
Greenberg’s industry experience has equated to extensive knowledge in restoration projects including roof, building envelope, balcony, parking facility, drainage and swimming pools; large scale renovation projects including lobby, common hallway and landscape architect projects; emergency preparedness and budget preparation.
