At FirstService Residential, we are committed to encouraging green practices in our managed communities throughout Nevada. To further our goal, members of our team have achieved LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation from the US Green Building Council. This advanced training provides them with the advanced skills they need to identify ways our communities can adopt green practices, operate more sustainably and lower costs.
As the industry leader, we have also taken the helm in driving knowledge leadership in sustainability practices. As part of this commitment, we have begun educating our leadership team, associates, board members and homeowners about green issues, and we are beginning to implement sustainable practices in our communities, as well as our own offices.
