Committees are created to help the association’s board of directors make decisions for the community by compiling research and providing data and recommendations. These committees can be formed for various association-related topics, including architectural, community standards, financial, social and landscaping, to name a few. They offer volunteers and the HOA great benefits – such as a stronger sense of community and a more rewarding experience for all residents. Serving on a committee is a group effort, and not all individuals may be the perfect fit for certain types of committees.
