More and more, we see parks popping up in or around our communities. Whether they were placed there by the City or the developer, most families enjoy the amenities. These parks are now more complex than the usual swing set and baseball field -- there are tot lots, splash pads, skate parks, etc.

If your community does not have a park or play area in close proximity and has the space to accommodate them, it may be a good idea to consider putting one in, depending on the ages of residents. A community park and playground are great for family outings and activities, as well as for community events and gatherings.
